Please note: Our office is only open Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you contact us by e-mail or by phone after 5 p.m. Thursday, normally we will not be able to return your message until Tuesday, unless it is urgent. However, if you do not receive a response from us in a timely fashion, please do send your message again, as sometimes e-mail is lost or accidentally spam-filtered. Thank you for your patience.

Thank you Carole Barkley!! We wish you a very fond farewell as you start down a new road of your life.
Office staff, hospital staff, co-workers and patients alike, have had the pleasure of working with Carole for almost eight years. She is a loving and caring person and will be greatly missed. Carole's positive attitude and southern charm brought joy to many. Carol's true passion for life, healthcare and others will take her a long way in her new career. Fortunately, Carole has volunteered to help out when needed if she is available, so you may still hear her pleasant voice and see her smiling face from time to time. Congratulations Carole.
Fortunately, we have seasoned employees to handle your scheduling needs and pick up where Carole left off:
Kristy Ormond - already known by many, is training as Carole's replacement as our Primary scheduler. Kristy's sweet smile, knowledge of the practice and strong organizational skills will give her a running start. Her belief in providing excellent patient care will be an asset to all. Thank you Kristy.
Amanda Takata, has worked on and off for the office for many years as a patient coordinator and personal assistant to both Dr. Meltzer and Linda Takata and will continue in her role as secondary scheduler. Amanda's strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and support as well as her warm and positive attitude are a true plus. Thank you Amanda.
Farewell Steffi (aka Stefania)! Though Steffi was with us for just a short time, she will be missed and we wish her the best in her new job.
Please help us welcome two new employees - Denise Carter and Monica Aniol. Both have worked in the healthcare industry for many years will be working as scrub techs and patient coordinators. We are so excited to have them as part of our team and know you will be too. The both are hardworking and kind. Welcome aboard!! Thank you Denise and Monica.

On Friday Sept.17th our email server crashed.
As a result, some of you may have had difficulty sending us emails and in fact, they may have come back to you with a message stating that our email address could not be found.
